For some healer energy management this catches my eye for rangers..[skill]Marksman's Wager[/skill] could chain [skill]aegis[/skill] pretty easily.
[skill]Greater Conflagration[/skill]+[skill]winter[/skill] To boost the party's armor to base of 100.

Barragers with traps maybe.
Edit: You really don't need 8 barragers though. 4 Barragers, a dedicated trapper, an evasion (or Conflag + Winter) tank, and 2 misc heal-ish rangers would work (Healing Spring R/N with OoV and an R/Mo with Healing Sprint and Vigorous Spirit).
2nd Edit: It would be interesting to see what 8 trappers could do though.

Oo, this I really want to see, I think that for healing you have Healing Spring.. chained with Dust Traps for when melees come in, which eliminates kiting.

On the Ritualists - since you're using high Channeling, wouldn't it be smarter to use Escence Strike over Spirit Siphon?

we changed essence to spirit siphon (both channeling), as spirit siphon yields more energy.

I thought Spirit Siphon has the recharge for spirits affecting it, and only gave 8 energy from a spirit if you're using 14 Channeling Magic?

at 14 channeling siphon gives 9 energy with a recharge of 3. esence gives 8 energy with a recharge of 8.
